There is a bias, for the same crime a man is more likely to end up in jail. Which means that the female inmates in average have to be "worse" or they wouldn't be in jail

It was described to me as ‘imagine all the worst petty, clique driven drama from high school. Then multiply it AND add adult dramas to it. Then lock everyone in together with no break.’ Ofc there’s good also, but the drama is DRAMA and volatile af. To quote a friend who’s worked both ‘the men usually just try beat the hell out of each other and then it’s over90% of the time. Much easier. Women’s conflict is drawn out Cold War spy shit and no one is safe’ 😂

I understand but also that’s a little disappointing. Because as a woman I feel like in general it’s so important to uplift and support other women. Being a woman can be hard. I am grateful for the male inmates being good to you for the most part but do better, ladies!!

My mom started hiring only men, bcs she was tired of that too 😆 The last straw was a woman who refused to work in the office because of her "constantly sick child", took work laptop home with her and when she was fired after 3 months of zero sales (as a real estate agent she can't just work from home), refused to return it 🥴

I agree ☝🏽 I always prefer being friends with men instead of woman. obviously i have a few selective ones in my family and a small few close friends but men definitely are more chill.

I worked at a juvenile detention facility. I worked in the education department. Give me the boys any day. Females were 100% the worst. 😂
