The 4-step framework that helps me speak confidently on camera 1: Write a simple outline. Confidence comes from having genuine understanding what you're talking about. Just write down your main idea and 3 key points you want to talk about and that's it. 2: Refine your outline with AI. I personally use Blort AI to brainstorm and polish my idea and make sure they flow naturally and sounded exactly like me. 3: When filming your video don't try to nail everything in one take. Record one sentence at a time, then edit out the pauses later. This removes all the pressure when filming. 4: Practice- Record yourself daily. Your first video won't be perfect, and that's totally normal. It takes time to build confidence on camera, but these steps will help you achieve it faster. Comment
