Add Aero and white chocolate, stir until smooth. 4. Melt bloomed gelatin in the microwave for 10 seconds, then whisk into the warm chocolate mixture. 5. Let it cool slightly, then fold in the whipped cream. 6. Pour mousse mixture over the Oreo base. Refrigerate until set (about 2–3 hours). 3. (Optional) Caramel Mousse Layer 1. Fold whipped cream into caramel treat until fluffy. 2. Spoon or pipe over the chocolate mousse layer. Chill again until set. 4. Topping 1. Sprinkle with crushed Oreos. 2.
