I have emailed with you guys over 20 times since 7/10 when I placed my order. I have not heard back from anyone on your team since 8/11. I was promised a refund AND shipment of the product. I have also left a voicemail with no response. At this point I will be disputing the charges with my bank and filing a claim with the BBB if a refund is not provided by end of day today, 8/26.
