I respect this perspective, but I disagree. In the original context of Deuteronomy 33:2, the author (Moses) is describing God accompanying the nation of Israel during their journey from Sinai, Seir, to Paran in the wilderness. It is a poetic description of Israel’s journey, not a prophecy about three future prophets. So Sinai–Seir–Paran refers to the geographical and historical context of Israel at that time, not a prediction of the coming of Muhammad, Jesus, and Moses. Similarities found after the event do not automatically mean it is a prophecy.
