Something like this kind of happens to me too but I'm not sure what it is. I do not hallucinate but I ride a bus to school and as I look at the behind of the seat infront of me if I stare at it long enough I see tons of patterns form into different faces and animals, this also sometimes happens to when I stare at pages full with words, roads, and tree tops. so this is what the material sort of looks like from the bus seat

That’s really cool. Someone else also asked but is it colorful in any way? You kind of have a translucent or pearlescent kind of coloring when you add them to videos, so I’m assuming that’s also literally you translating it as accurately as possible

that's how mine manifest too from what you're saying. like mine don't last & only happen under stress but it's kinda like reality merges & then the hallucination kinda merges... it's weird. I have enough self awareness to know it's not real & it's still scary. I remember a metal spiders leg (that's my interpretation) coming out of my flowerpot once & that one actually made me fall back because I panicked & it's one of the few times I couldn't tell if it was real or not.
