There are 3 ways to build an AI skill 1. Copy someone else's skill. Download it from GitHub, plug it in. Fast but generic. Every business runs differently, so a skill built for someone else's workflow will almost never fit exactly how you operate. 2. Describe what you want and let AI build it. Run the real workflow with Claude and train it as you go. This is the one I use. You work through the task together in real time, correct it as it goes, show it what good looks like, show it what bad looks like, and train it inside the actual process. Once it starts nailing the result consistently, you tell it to save everything as a skill. Now it's built around exactly how you operate, not how someone else does, not how the AI guessed you might. Bonus tip not in the video. When you're training Claude inside a real workflow, correct it out loud instead of just clicking edit. Say things like
