theres a reason why they dont teach this 'ring dinger' technique in school, it's not good for your spine.

Chiropractors do nothing for backs… as it will just be the same in a few days time. The best thing for your back is strengthening the muscles around it to support it and then you will be fine

Went to chiropractor for my shoulder, they insisted I needed low back fixed. Told them no, they didn’t listen, now I have had slipped disc issues for 10 years, f*** chiropractors, right up there with Chrystal healers

Coach Chesley :
I sure hope he feels better but the honest truth is with most chiropractors he's going to go right back to the way he's feeling within a few hours perhaps multiple sessions could give him some relief

Absolutely not you treat the pelvis for him to start walking better. That’s the base of the foundation of your spine literally a terrible chiropractor.

In my experience chiro gives temporary relief and once you start chiro visits, you can’t stop. Not saying others haven’t got fixed by them but just my experience

That “feeling” is your nerves being stretched. The pain means bad. Very bad. If they pull anymore they can tear the nerve and do permanent damage…

I've noticed for the most compressed patients, decompression leaves a 'pale' effect around the eyebrows? anyone knows why ?
