@natemills_2: I usually don’t make posts like this but it’s Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month A reminder that not every battle is visible. Some of us are fighting addiction. Some are fighting loneliness. Some are grieving relationships. Some are trying to become a better man while feeling like they’re falling apart behind the scenes. This past week I wasn’t proud of myself. I relapsed. I made mistakes. I hurt people I care about. But life doesn’t stop because you messed up. You have two choices: Stay down and feel sorry for yourself. Or get back up and try again. If you’re going through a hard time right now, just know you’re not alone. One day at a time.
