hi narada, your always on point before Andrea walkers hair typing system came along, we were doing just fine with taking care of our natural hair it was universal that hair grease and water worked for all hair types along with pink lotion and some type of anti fungal grease like sulpher 8 the newer generation is making natural hair grooming so complicated when it doesn't have to be😳

My 11 yr old doesn’t have 3c hair so it’s type 4 but it doesn’t match 4a,b,or c. Her hair literally has no curl, no spiral, no Z shape, no S shape or coil.
