@whenicatchyougege: #hikaru || In the end tho there is just something so intimate about being introduced and presented through the memory and eyes of someone who was in love with you. I think it’s quite beautiful that what we know about Hikaru and the way that he is introduced is through Yoshiki’s memories and what he meant to him as a best friend and someone very important in his life. Despite not meeting him, Hikaru is still introduced as such a such a fun, silly and charismatic guy because we see him through Yoshiki’s eyes and the way he viewed him. Yoshiki’s will always mean so much to me because imagine trying to mourn someone that you have to see everyday. He can’t even find anybody to seek comfort in the mutual feeling of loss because no one else knows about what happened to the real Hikaru.
