If Palestinians are the ancient people of Palestine why are they not mentioned even once in the Quran while Israel is mentioned 40 times? Surah Al-Isra 17:104: God tells the Children of Israel to reside in the land, noting that when the promise of the Hereafter comes to pass, He will gather them together. Surah Al Baqarah 2:47 "O Children of Israel, remember My favor which I bestowed upon you and that I preferred you over the worlds." Surah Al Ma'idah 5:21 "O my people, enter the Holy Land which Allah has written for you." Surah Ash Shu'ara 26:59 "So We made the Children of Israel inheritors of it." Surah Yunus 10:93 "We settled the Children of Israel in a good land and provided them with good things." Surah Al Isra 17:104 "Dwell in the land, and when the final promise comes, We will bring you all together." The word Israel appears 43 times in the Quran, mostly as Bani Israel. The word Palestinian or Palestine appears zero times.
