You can’t fix anxiety. You can only relate to it differently. And until you do, it will run your life. Because anxiety isn’t the issue. 👉 Lack of self-trust is. If you don’t trust yourself to handle what you feel, your system will stay on high alert. Not because something is wrong— but because you don’t feel safe with yourself. So your ego steps in. It scans. It overthinks. It tries to control. And now you’re stuck in a loop of: “how do I make this stop?” But that question is the problem. Because trying to eliminate anxiety is what keeps it alive. You don’t build a calm system by avoiding intensity. You build it by increasing your capacity to be inside it. Just like heart rate variability— you don’t get a lower resting heart rate by staying comfortable. You get it by: • elevating • tolerating • recovering Your nervous system is no different. Regulation isn’t something you achieve. It’s what happens when you stop abandoning yourself in moments of activation. #fyp #lifecoach #traumatok
