I have been with my husband for 18 years , we both worked for 13 years within, had no quality time for each other or with the kids , kids were struggling emotional as we were both absent parents. Come home we both exhausted have to complete what we didn't finish at work. And we were growing apart not only emotional but sexually too. Till we both decided , to be able to make our family work is me staying at home cause he can financially sustain us.And we have savings , our biggest assets are fully payed. Its been five years our household runs smoothly, we are able to spend more time with each other, our sex life is amazing. We communicate more , we do family financial books together . Our kids are striving both academically and in sports and confident cause mommy is involved both socially and school. As a family we add value to one another. There is no mine or urself but ours. No size fits all.

I have been a housewife for 26 years got married at 21 still married 26 years All thanks to GOD I worked when I met him he didn’t work I worked even when we got married I was working and not him.and once he got he’s red seal I chose to be at home because he’s mostly working shifts I wanted to grow my kids up it was not easy yes .and our kids are grown up and yes in this economy now its hard but if we carry each other there is no need for divorce we survived alot and yes we have disagreements but our love is is more stronger now then we mat
