I am now!! Thank you. I now pack my lunch every day for work and my lunch… it’s heavy!! My lunch bag, is substantial — filled with very healthy, “dense” foods, so it should feel heavy!

Today is the first time trying your method. I just ate lunch I did the chia seeds before then had a sandwich, jerky, variety of olives and pickled beets and cucumbers. For a total of 33 grams of protein. I am so satiated I can’t believe it. This is even eating GF. Thank you. I’ll let you know how it goes.

I used to be this way. satisfied. plenty full. satiated. and then in 2025 some crazy life things happened with caretaking of an elderly person and the stress of that combined with chronic pain, threw me into a horrible spiral and weight gain. now I can't get back on track. I gained weight in places I've never had weight before. I can feel full, and because of stress and pain, I'm still walking to the kitchen, looking in the cupboards and the refrigerator. it's not because I'm hungry. it's because I'm in pain. it's a vicious cycle. I wish I could break it

May I ask you something? What does an average day of food intake look like for you? Breakfast lunch dinner and snacks? I struggle so much to drink enough water and really eat enough food. Plus the bloating is what is killing me. Menopause is no joke
