When the beef is almost browned, add in the onion and pepper frying for a few more minutes until softened.  💕Once the veggies are soft, add in the taco seasoning, chipotle paste, lime juice and salsa. Mix well to combine. Leave to thicken slightly for a minute or two. 💕Line each mini wrap with the chipotle beef on one half. Fold over and set to one side.  💕Next, heat a large pan over medium heat. Sprinkle ¼ of the mozzarella cheese into the pan in a taco shape. 💕Place each taco in the cheese shape.
