I’m not really that fit and get bored lifting weights but playing community sports and going to yoga and classes has changed my life, I love the connections made, it really makes you happier and more grateful

Fully agree with you, I’m 47 and never stop, a few weeks ago I did a 400 kilometres (250 miles) solo bike ride in a day and the following weekend I did a 600 kilometres (375 miles) bike ride with 3 friends in 2 days and the fact I could carry on riding that day I felt so grateful and blessed 🥰🚴🏼‍♂️✅
