Once browned add the garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Once the mince is fully cooked add the tomato paste & mix well then set aside. 3. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, egg whites and salt. Melt the butter in a separate pan over low - medium heat then cook the eggs until soft and fluffy. 4. Divide the mince and eggs evenly between the tortillas. Top with sriracha mayo (optional) and chives then roll tightly into burritos. 5. Sprinkle 20g of cheese into a pan over low heat and place a burrito seam side down on top (this will seal it) Cook for 2 - 4 minutes until the cheese is golden and crispy.
