I recently did the TruAge epigenetic test and one of the results I was most interested in was my DunedinPACE score: 0.9 In simple terms, DunedinPACE is designed to estimate your current pace of biological aging. A score of 1.0 represents roughly one biological year of aging per chronological year, so 0.90 suggests my current pace is about 10% slower than that reference rate.
