@pathwaylawfirm: Let’s clear something up: an officer can legally order you out of your vehicle during a stop. But getting out of the car is not the same as opening your car up for a search. If they don’t have a warrant or probable cause, they are looking for your implied consent by walking you to the back of the vehicle. Don't fall for it. Stand your ground, stay where you're told, and say: "I don't consent to a search."
