@thesameerproject: The Sahel Camp used to get food from our kitchen regularly but we have cut down recently. During our visit, the residents explained to The Sameer Project team that they no longer get community kitchens and are suffering a lot. On June 7, the Translating Falasteen x The Sameer Project team gave out 300 meals of rice and vegetables to the Sahel Camp, which cost around $483 including 11% commission. Families asked us to bring meat meals but we currently can’t afford that. The Sameer Project aspires to operate at maximum capacity and provides dignified meals to Palestinians in Gaza.
