Knead each dough separately in different bowls until moderately soft (use slightly less flour for the cocoa dough, as cocoa also thickens the dough). 2. Let both doughs rest for 15–20 minutes. 3. Roll out the doughs to a medium thickness, combine them, and cut into small squares. Shape them as shown in the video, then fry in moderately warm oil over medium-low heat.
