Perhaps I agree; it is entirely a beneficial to be able to tolerate and navigate our life through difficult emotions. What’s lacking in this video is a disregard for the message our emotions are trying to tell us, and that listening to those emotions is important too for healthfully navigating our life.

You know these feelings aren’t there for no reason ofc, they’re your “thermometer” to what could be happening around you bec it’s not that we always can follow along the clues,like ignoring disrespect for example. I think to better put in words all we can improve really, is the ability to recover and move on.
