When you tighten the head bolts, try tightening the first round, wait 10-15 minutes so the metal can destress the do the next procedure, and wait again! Do this until you are done! That was the one way i got my headgasket to seal up correctly! I was advised to do it by Gintani Denmark and it worked flawlessly 🤟🏼

Only thing i can think of is uneven clamping meaning one side is slightly lifted allowing water into cylinders make sure to follow proper torque sequence

I always use aviation adhesive on head gasket surfaces. We use to use it for Subaru head gaskets and they never had any problems again. Nice thing with it is that remains thick and tacky so it doesn't leak, while also having the benefit that if it gets into an oil gallary, it will dissolve and not plug anything up unlike silicone. I'd use that if I were in your place, if it doesn't solve it then you could have a crack in a cylinder liner or the head

You have to change the head bolts abd clean the threads in the holes with a thread chaser.

ive used copper gasket sealer multiple times with an MLS gasket. something else is wrong

the block looks fine😁 but I think that maybe the gasket itself was the problem just blew instantly, anyway keep going the series is really nice

The copper spray did you wait for it to dry, and some gaskets are not thick enough it's happened to me on a g4la Kia changed gasket brand

always measure head bolt length on new bolts, many times I bought new head bolts listed for the engine, but wrong length. some head bolt threads go into water jackets

Cracked block or head. Cracks open up when it gets hot. it may be fine when it's cold when it warms up it leaks. Probably a ceack in the block though. Put straight edge corner to corner and check between cyl 2 and 3
