After seeing both sides, I’m fully on yours. It’s weird that everyone is against Undone By Kate but doesn’t see how this is very very similar. You commissioned her for a specific ring that she delivered on but it broke several times. Her video is intentionally misleading. She is painting you as unreasonable but you paid for a custom ring expecting a custom experience, not a ring that kept breaking. And you aren’t having “buyers remorse” that would mean that you’d be asking for a totally different ring. You are just asking for the OG design you wanted that she failed to complete. At this point, she should have kept the ring and refunded you so you could find someone who could deliver what you wanted.

yeah, she played. i genuinely cannot believe she even sent that funky ahh remake to you. her other work looks good, as your original did. if she couldn’t fix her own problems she shouldn’t be getting mad at you. she should’ve just refunded, instead of playing around. what a sad excuse for a professional. i’m so sorry you had this experience & hope things work out for your dream ring !
