#ad The most delicious ginger garlic chicken savory oats with around 50g of protein and 7g of fiber ft. @Quaker Oats Ingredients 1 1/2 cups chicken bone broth 1” piece of ginger, grated 1 garlic clove, grated 3/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1 handful kale 1/4 cup onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced 1/2 cup quick oats Sliced scallions, for topping Instructions Boil broth: Add the bone broth, ginger, garlic, chicken, mushrooms, kale, onion, and bell peppers to a small pot and bring to a boil. Simmer: Reduce heat to medium and simmer for a few minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the kale is wilted. Add oats: Stir in the quick oats and cook on medium heat for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Finish: Pour into a bowl and top with scallions.
