I had a boss continually schedule my during my class times then get upset when I couldn't make rhe shift. I wound up quitting on the day she scheduled me as the only cashier for that day. She told me my job was more important than my class. Yes, because I want to work retail forever...😂😂.

ive had a similar experience i told them i could NOT work on Thursdays and they always scheduled me on Thursdays so i needed to cancel and find replacement and i got fired bc i always cancel but they literally asked me on which days i could work and i said everyday except Thursday so there loss

If the cameras aren't working to prove she didn't say anything, then she also has no proof that she *did* say it. Consequently, the second formal warning would be unlawful.
