If you live in Dublin, you’ve probably seen the iconic Vintage Tea Bus around. (@VTT ) If you’re wondering what this experience is like, let me show you! This was a shocking surprise (in the best way possible) from my friend Daragh. He booked this lovely tour online, and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect. It’s a vintage double-decker bus where you can enjoy Afternoon Tea the Irish way while exploring Dublin. The inside of the bus is so cool, with very strong “afternoon tea” vibes. It’s fully decorated with cute tea tables, and when we arrived, we were shown to our table and welcomed with a lovely platter filled with sandwiches, wraps, and lots of desserts. The tour takes you past some of Dublin’s main sightseeing spots, starting from St. Stephen’s Green, crossing the city, passing by the Guinness Storehouse, Phoenix Park, and other iconic landmarks around Dublin. It’s a full afternoon tea experience, but on a moving bus, which makes everything even more interesting. The drinks were unlimited, including black coffee and different flavours of tea. They also baked a fresh raisin scone, which for me was the cherry on top! Prices: 💸 It was a gift from a friend, but I had a quick look online and saw that tickets are around €55 per person. My overview: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such a great experience to do in Dublin. It’s cute, classic, and the staff were super friendly and shared lots of interesting historical facts about Ireland, Guinness, and curiosities about the streets and landmarks we passed along the way. I highly recommend doing it at least once. It’s perfect for visitors, locals looking for something different, or anyone who enjoys culture, history, and a good afternoon tea experience.
