2 weeks down, 10 to go! Unfortunately, I tweaked my finger a couple weeks ago while climbing in the gym :( I ended up getting the injury diagnosed at Certified Hand Therapy in Boulder, CO by Mitzi... it turns out I have a full A2 pulley tear. (Not sponsored! Paid with my own $$) The good news: I got fitted with a pulley ring to support the injury while it heals, which means I can still climb during my 12 week recovery! It’s a huge privilege to have access to this type of care, and I’m really happy to have a plan that lets me stay active instead of being completely off the wall.
