@sarahsweets017: Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches 💚🤎 Creamy, crunchy, and Dubai chocolate in ice cream form. 💚🤎 Ingredients: • 6 oz kataifi • 5 tbsp unsalted butter • 1 cup pistachio cream • 1/2 cup pistachio cream • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip • 2 cups heavy cream • 1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa powder • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk Whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold in the condensed milk and cocoa powder to make the chocolate ice cream. Toast the kataifi in butter until golden brown. Let cool, then mix with 1 cup pistachio cream. Press half into an 8x8 pan and freeze until firm. Repeat with the remaining kataifi mixture for the second layer. Mix 1/2 cup pistachio cream with 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Layer one kataifi slab, half the chocolate ice cream, the pistachio mixture, the remaining chocolate ice cream, and the second kataifi slab. Freeze until firm, slice, and enjoy!
