Nah this whole interaction was weird, the lady taking your order was rude from the start. Even if you didn’t say please a million times you said “thank you that’s it” before driving up to the window and said thank you again. You did nothing wrong.

It’s really disappointing to watch someone be kind and respectful and then get called a weirdo for no reason. A little basic courtesy goes a long way. You handled it with much more grace than most people would have.
