There are real steps you can take, and some of them might surprise you 😴START HERE: UNDERSTAND WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING Snoring isn't just noise. It's your partner's airway partially collapsing while they sleep. Their body is literally struggling to get oxygen. That rattling sound? That's turbulent airflow through a restricted passage. So before you resign yourself to earplugs for life, let's fix the actual problem. RULE OUT THE DANGEROUS STUFF FIRST If they're gasping, choking, or exhausted despite 'sleeping' 8 hours, get a sleep study NOW. Sleep apnoea isn't just annoying, it's hard on the heart and brain.
