Girl I literally thought the same thing! I used to blow dry and straighten my hair every day because I hated my natural hair. But recently got a curly hair brush and right out of the shower, I use that on my hair. And lightly towel dry my hair! Then I use the Doux honey setting foam, which was recommended all over tik tok and it actually stopped the frizz! You just need to use a lot and section your hair. Also if you have a Dyson, get a diffuser attachment, it’s a lifesaver!! I started following TikTok tutorials because I hated having to tie up my hair or re blow dry it on vacation every time I went in the pool 🥲
