Macros per serving: Protein: 50g Carbs: 50g Fat: 8g Calories: 425 Ingredients per serving: - 24 oz sea tangle kelp noodle - 5 tbsp lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp baking soda - 1/2lb argentine red shrimp, raw - 1.5 cups chinese broccoli - 1 egg - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1 second spray oil - 2.5 tbsp oyster sauce - 3.5 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tsp sugar How to make it yourself: 1. In a bowl, add your noodles with lemon juice & baking soda and mix well. 1. After letting sit in the lemon juice and baking soda for 10 minutes, rinse the noodles with water and side aside let to rest for 7 minutes 2. To make your sauce, in a bowl add your oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic and mix 3. In a pan coat it with spray oil on medium low heat, cook your shrimp and crack an egg. 4.
