Tekan-tekan biar cendol jatuh ke air es.   Rendam 15 menit. Air es ini yang bikin cendol kenyal + bentuknya bagus. *4. Sajikan*   Tata es serut + cendol + kuah santan + gula merah. Aduk. *Tips biar gak gagal:*   1. *Perbandingan tepung*: Beras 4 : Sagu 1. Kebanyakan sagu = keras. Kebanyakan beras = lembek.   2. *Kapur sirih wajib* kalau mau kenyal seharian. Kalau gak ada, ganti 1 sdm air abu, tapi rasanya beda.   3. *Aduk terus pas masak* biar bawahnya gak gosong. Gosong dikit aja pahit semua.   4. *Air es harus banyak* dan dingin banget.
