🌟 Золотой комплекс из серии «антисутулость» Как видите, упражнений довольно много. Важно работать над осанкой регулярно, чтобы поддерживать мышцы в здоровом тонусе. Основные нюансы (помимо тех, что отмечены в видео): 1. Во всех упражнениях ровная спина и не должно быть излишнего прогиба в пояснице 2. Во время второго упражнения держи руки прямыми в локтях 3. Во всех упражнениях держи макушку над грудной клеткой.
