@purposehq: So how’s Mots C been for the last 9wks Here’s a quick recap! I jumped off R3ta 6wks ago (because I was losing too much weight too soon), i started Mots- C 7wks ago and not gonna lie if you’re not locked in you can quickly think you’re not making progress and give up, because this is the craziest part… I’ve actually gained weight on the scale 😂 but lost a lot of body fat! I’ve been a lot hungrier… like I’m starving all the time especially because I’m training more! I eat a lot more, train a lot more, I lift a lot more, I’m running not jogging at a walking pace anymore 😂 and for the first time I actually don’t stress over the scale anymore! Overall I have more energy to train more and do more for my family and that’s all that matters!! #strongnotskinny 💪🏼
