So i’m what now 3 and a bit months after my knee and quad injury and have some low (top pin) leg extensions programmed in twice a week. Today, as my quad is trying to recruit fibres that aren’t connected, I experienced the weirdest and most violent leg shaking of my entire life. As I said, very little load, controlled reps, nowhere newr muscular fatigue, and yet my quad/knee just can’t do it. So so strange 😭😭😭
