Greek Inspired Chicken Smash Burgers 😍 Your summer burger just got a Mediterranean upgrade 🤭 These burgers are light, fresh, full of flavour and only 438 cals each 🤌🏻 Layered with homemade tzatziki, crisp lettuce, juicy tomato and a touch of salad cheese, all tucked inside a toasted brioche bun…YUM  😍 ‼️Get 50% off my new cookbook ‘20 Minute Low-Cal Kitchen Bangers’ when you pre-order on Waterstones using the code ‘LowCal25’ at checkout 🎉🎉 link is in my bio 🫶🏼 (available until the end of August)  Ingredients (serves 2): 60g frozen french fries (I used McCain) 250g 5% fat chicken mince  1 tsp dried oregano  ½ tsp ground cumin ½ tsp smoked paprika  ½ tsp garlic granules  Pinch of salt  Pinch of pepper  2 brioche buns  2 handfuls of shredded lettuce 2 slices of beef tomato (pat dry) 15g reduced fat salad cheese  For the tzatziki:  100g fat free greek yoghurt (I used Fage) 75g cucumber (½ diced, ½ grated (remove excess liquid by squeezing in a cloth) 1 tsp chopped garlic  1-2 tsp lemon juice  Pinch of salt  Pinch of pepper  💕Cook the fries according to packet instructions.  💕Mix the chicken mince with oregano, cumin, paprika, garlic granules along with the salt & pepper. 💕Using damp hands, split the mince into 4 equal balls.  💕Transfer to a large hot pan. Using damp parchment paper, press down using a spatula.  💕Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through.  💕Whilst the chicken cooks, make the tzatziki sauce and set to one side.  💕Next, toast the brioche buns. 💕Spread ½ of the tzatziki sauce over the base of the brioche.  💕Top with the shredded lettuce, followed by the tomato slices.  💕Add the chicken patties, followed by more sauce. 💕Top with the crispy fries and crumble over the salad cheese before adding the top bun. Optional - sprinkle over some dried oregano before serving.
