INGREDIENTS: ● Baby potatoes — 1.5 kg ● Water — 150–200 ml ● Butter — 100 g ● Smoked paprika — 1 tsp. ● Salt — 1 tsp. (or to taste) ● Garlic — 4 cloves ● Fresh dill — 10 g ● Green onion — 10 g ● Chili flakes — 1 tsp. (optional) INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly. Do not peel them. 2. Place the potatoes into a deep skillet. 3. Pour in 150–200 ml of water. 4. Add salt and cover with a lid. 5. Cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. 6. Continue cooking until the water has completely evaporated or almost evaporated. 7. Add the butter, smoked paprika, and chili flakes. 8. Increase the heat slightly. 9. Fry the potatoes until golden brown, stirring occasionally. 10. Finely chop the garlic, dill, and green onions. 11. Add them to the skillet during the last minute of cooking. 12.
