Pasta Refresh lobster water, salt well, cook pasta until al dente. SAVE 1–1½ cups pasta water. 4. Alfredo sauce Melt butter → add garlic (30–60 sec). Pour in cream + seasonings, simmer low 5–7 min. Whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Add pasta water until silky. Finish with cold butter + extra Parm. 5. Assemble Toss pasta in sauce. Top with lobster, parsley & Parmesan. Pro tip: Keep heat LOW once cheese goes in or the sauce can break. & SAVE YOUR PASTA WATER and pour some in when storing it for later.
