I spent months thinking about and coming up with a design I loved because I wanted it to represent pieces of myself I'd never want to lose. Longs Peak because it’s something I see everyday (and now is on my thigh lol), an arrow because of my love for archery and all the memories I've made with my dad, and the North Star as a reminder to always stay true to myself no matter where life takes me (look at me being all philsophocal 😌). I’m someone that is TERRIFIED of needles but this wasn’t bad at all! I wasn’t nervous at all beforehand, which is odd because before medical needles I freak out (that’s an understatement lol), and actually would say I enjoyed the process. It was maybe a 4/10 on the pain scale - I’d do it again for sure (and probably will later on 😉) I know tattoos aren't for everyone, and that's okay. But this one wasn't designed for everyone… it was designed for me! At the end of the day, this tattoo is a reminder to stay true to myself and do more of what I love, a reminder of my home, and embrace the things that make me *me*.
