@kelseywood99: Kind of a chaotic tutorial but these turned out delicious😂 here’s the recipe I used: 100g active starter 240g warm whole milk 20g honey 360g flour 5g salt Let it rest for 30-60 mins then knead the dough for 5-7 mins.
