Straight talk about grief. This post is in response to a comment from a woman whose dad died. She's been praying that God would let her feel a hug from him in her dream, because all of her dreams have been painful since he died. That comment stopped me cold. After my son, Mitch was killed, for 12 years every dream I had replayed that horrible night. All I saw was the loss, the pain, the fear, and my inability as a doctor to be there to save my own son.
