wait, the HOA did it? was it just pay off what the HOA fees cover? did they do it bc you wouldn't and sent you fines for it? I need a few more details here bc of it's part of what my HOA fees are supposed to be covering then they need to either refund me some money or they need to stay doing what everyone is paying for

When people rent, and they say “…if I ‘owned’ this house, then I would be doing the work…” technically, you don’t own anything until you have. It paid off in full. Look at renting as practice, as well as good-habit forming. If I see someone take care of their rental, then I know they will definitely take care of any house or property they buy. Get into good habits now… Learn how to do it all now AT THE RENTAL! It’s perfect practice. 🤗☺️
