It's true I'm on week 7, I don't bother with BS. I prioritize my health over anything- gym, sleep, diet, social life. Small things even road rage is non existent for me now. Overall is an amazing change for my lifestyle choices/habits.

That’s the entire point, our relationship with food and emotions is clearly a coping mechanism. Even drinking and smoking. It dulls down the receptors that want that dopamine hit. I’m ok with that I have less desire to drink and my eating habits have been better.
