I didn’t have any and used European butter and as you can see I had to add 1-2 tablespoons of water to make my toffee come back together.) - 1 cup (200g) of light brown sugar OR can use half granulated half brown - 1 tsp of salt to garnish after transferring to tray Toffee will be extremely hot!
