So here’s the reminder I wish more business owners heard: You do not need to turn your life into a courtroom every holiday. You are allowed to say: This is a business. I’m building it intentionally. I’m not asking you to fully understand it. I am asking you to respect it. That’s not rude. That’s emotional home security.
