There are many debates surrounding philosophy in the scientific community. Some consider it the source of all answers, while others see it as a relic of the past - merely a stage on the path toward the scientific method. But personally, I think philosophy does something extremely important - it defines the boundaries of our current understanding and searches for new ones. It reminds us that humans are not just biological machines or collections of neural processes, but beings capable of doubt, empathy, imagination, and the search for meaning. Science is incredibly powerful at explaining how the universe works, but philosophy helps us understand what to do with that knowledge and why it matters.
