My mornings are for me, my best hours are for my business. Fifth, I treat my business like a system, not a hustle. I automate what I can, I delegate what drains me, and I document everything. Systems are what let me scale without losing my mind. And lastly, I make decisions fast. I don’t overthink for weeks. I test, launch, adjust, repeat. Most people stay stuck because they’re waiting to feel “ready”. I move while I’m unsure and let the data guide me. That’s it. No magic.
